Job summary

Regal is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager for our theatre. This hourly role focuses on operation and supervision of the theatre and its staff, acting as a representative of Regal in line with our mission and policies.

Responsibilities include training and supervising staff, operating projection and audio-visual equipment, maintaining safety and compliance, managing concessions, scheduling, and delivering guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least three months supervisory experience, or six months theatre experience with Cast Certification.
• Must obtain Regal Responsible Beverage Server training if selling alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise non-management staff; model Regal policies.
• Operate projection and audio-visual systems; perform maintenance as needed.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle safety, security, and loss prevention.
• Count and reconcile daily receipts; manage cash handling.
• Assist with interviewing, scheduling, and staff development.
• Oversee concessions and inventory; manage costs.
