Regal in Columbia, MO is seeking an Assistant Manager to operate and supervise a theatre and its employees, representing Regal in line with our mission and policies. You will train, coach and supervise non-management staff, perform tasks across projection and AV systems, manage cash, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold safety and policy compliance.

This is a hands-on role with opportunities to lead and advance within the facility.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three months supervisory experience or six months theatre experience with Cast Certification Program.
• If theatre sells alcohol and duties include serving alcohol, must be of legal age to sell and serve.
• Complete Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Academy.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coach theatre staff.
• Schedule, interview, and assign work under the General Manager or senior management.
• Operate projection and audio-visual equipment and related theatre systems.
• Manage cash handling, deposits, and receipts.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and safety; uphold policies and dress code.
• Market film engagements and schedule show times; communicate with channels.
