Regal Cinemas is seeking a Part Time Assistant Manager to lead theatre operations and develop the team while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise staff, ensure policy compliance, assist with hiring and scheduling, and help drive promotions and theatre presentation.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, and flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months supervisory experience (or equivalent leadership exposure).
• Experience in fast-paced service or theatre environment is a plus.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Ability to train, coach, and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily theatre operations ensuring staff performance and guest experience.
• Perform all staff positions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and alcohol service where applicable.
• Train, coach, and supervise team with GM oversight on hiring, scheduling, and performance.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally; support promotions and theatre presentation.
• Oversee financial tasks including cash handling, reporting, inventory, and cost control.
• Manage theatre facilities including maintenance, projection, audio-visual systems, and cleanliness.
• Coordinate marketing and show times delivery to channels.
