Job summary

Regal is seeking an Assistant Manager to operate and supervise the theatre and its staff, representing Regal in line with our mission statement and policies. The role emphasizes attendance, safety, guest satisfaction, and adherence to brand standards.

The position covers training and coaching of non-management staff, scheduling, and ensuring smooth projection/AV operations while maintaining cost controls and compliance with alcohol service rules where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months supervisory experience, or 6 months theatre experience with Cast Certification Program.
• If theatre sells alcohol, must be of legal age and complete required training including Regal Beverage Server training.
• Good public speaking and effective written/spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Regular attendance and adherence to theatre policies.
• Train, develop, coach and supervise non-management staff.
• Operate projection and audio-visual equipment and perform related maintenance.
• Interviewing, hiring, scheduling and disciplinary actions under GM guidance.
• Control costs, order concessions stock and manage inventory.
