Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least three months supervisory experience, or 6 months theatre experience with completion of Cast Certification Program, or a combination thereof.
• If the theatre sells alcohol, must be of legal age to sell and serve alcohol according to state or local laws.
• Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Academy.

Responsibilities

• Upholding and administering all theatre policies.
• Training, developing, coaching and supervising non-management staff.
• Operating projection and audio-visual equipment.
• Monitor guest safety, risk management, and incident reporting.
• Count, deposit, and reconcile daily receipts.
• Interviewing, hiring, scheduling, coaching and disciplining staff.
• Control costs and manage concessions stock and inventory.
