Qualifications

• 3 months of supervisory experience or equivalent leadership potential.
• Experience in a fast-paced theatre or retail environment is preferred.
• Ability to lead staff, train, and manage scheduling under GM oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily theatre operations and guest experience.
• Supervise staff across all roles and support hiring and scheduling.
• Ensure policy compliance, safety standards, and certifications.
• Coach and develop team, drive promotions and theatre presentation.
• Oversee cash handling, inventory, and profitability support.
• Maintain theatre facilities, projection and AV systems, and cleaning standards.
• Coordinate marketing/promotions and show-time scheduling.
