Qualifications

• Minimum three months of supervisory experience, or six months theatre experience with Cast Certification.
• Strong public speaking and written communication skills.
• Ability to train, coach, and supervise staff.
• Experience operating cinema projection and AV equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise theater staff and scheduling under GM oversight.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and safety protocols.
• Manage cash handling, deposits, and receipts.
• Operate projection and audio-visual equipment; maintain ROM.
