Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach non-management staff; interview and hire with GM input.
• Oversee theatre operations, scheduling, and cost control.
• Operate projection and audio-visual systems; ensure safety and policy compliance.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and manage cash handling and deposits.
• Administer all required paperwork and uphold company HR policies.
