Qualifications

• Minimum three months supervisory experience or six months theatre experience with Cast Certification.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.
• Proven ability to coach and develop non-management staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise theatre staff and ensure consistent operations.
• Operate and maintain projection and AV equipment and related systems.
• Count and reconcile daily receipts and manage cash handling procedures.
