Job summary

Regal Lima is seeking an Assistant Manager (hourly) to operate and supervise the theatre and its staff. You will act as Regal’s representative in line with our mission and policies.

Responsibilities include training and coaching staff, managing projection/AV systems, ensuring guest satisfaction, safeguarding safety, and handling daily cash receipts. Attendance weekends/holidays and progress toward management certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three months supervisory experience or six months theatre experience with Cast Certification Program.
• Must complete Regal alcohol sales training where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Attend consistently, including weekends and holidays.
• Supervise and coach non-management staff.
• Operate projection and AV equipment and manage maintenance tasks.
• Oversee guest satisfaction and safety procedures.
• Count, deposit, and reconcile daily receipts.
