Job summary

Regal American Mall is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to oversee theatre operations and staff performance at Lima, Ohio. The role involves supervising employees, managing cash handling, and ensuring policy compliance in a fast-paced cinema environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 months supervisory experience, or 6 months theatre experience with Cast Certification Program.
• Ability to open/close, and work on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Open and close theatre and supervise staff.
• Train, coach and supervise non-management employees.
• Operate projector and audio-visual equipment; maintain ROM and TMS knowledge.
• Manage cash handling, deposits and reconciliations.
• Ensure alcohol certification where required and compliance with safety policies.
• Assist with scheduling, interviewing and coaching under GM oversight.
