Job summary

Regal is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily theatre operations and supervise staff. As a hourly employee, you will ensure policy compliance, manage risk, and represent Regal to guests with a focus on safety and service quality.

You will train, coach, and schedule non-management employees, operate projection/AV equipment, monitor alcohol service where applicable, and handle cash deposits. This role requires leadership, reliability, and a customer‑first mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three months supervisory experience or six months theatre experience with certification.
• Must complete Regal Responsible Beverage Server training if serving alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach non-management staff.
• Operate theatre projection and AV equipment and maintain systems.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and manage cash receipts.
• Control costs and manage inventory and concessions supplies.
• Coordinate hiring, scheduling, and HR paperwork under GM supervision.
• Marketing and promotion of film engagements; schedule show times.
