Job summary

Regal Cinemas is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily theatre operations and supervise staff in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure policy compliance, manage show times, and handle systems for projection, audio-visual equipment, and safety procedures.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong customer service, and the ability to train and coach employees while maintaining guest satisfaction and financial controls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum supervisory experience or relevant theatre experience with Cast Certification Program.
• Must be able to supervise and coach staff and perform duties across theatre operations.

Responsibilities

• Regular attendance and adherence to theatre policies.
• Supervise and develop non-management staff and coordinate scheduling.
• Operate projection and AV equipment and manage show times and maintenance.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, deposits, and reconciliations.
• Oversee HR-related tasks: interviewing, hiring, coaching, and documentation.
• Maintain safety, loss prevention, and guest-satisfaction standards.
