Job summary

AMC Entertainment is seeking a Manager to lead theatre operations and teams, aligning with our mission and values. You’ll coach staff, communicate clearly, and own outcomes to create a guest-focused environment.

The role includes daily oversight of operations, staffing, reporting, and driving financial performance, with benefits like medical coverage, 401(k) match, and free AMC movies for you and up to two guests.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Six months supervisory or commensurate leadership experience.
One year experience in guest-focused business (retail, restaurant, hospitality, etc.).

Responsibilities

Perform daily, opening, and closing operational and administrative duties.
Oversee and complete theatre administrative reports.
Ensure that associates meet AMC Guest Service standards.
Ensure proper staffing levels across all areas of the theatre.
Review financial numbers regularly to drive performance and guest experience.
Oversee an assigned theatre department, if applicable.
Listen and communicate effectively with guests in a high-volume setting.
Support GM/Senior Manager in achieving Food & Beverage guest service and financial goals.
Maintain regular attendance for all scheduled shifts.
