Job summary

AMC Entertainment is seeking a Manager to lead theatre operations and staff, driving guest satisfaction and financial performance. You will coach and develop teams, oversee daily tasks, and ensure high standards of service across all departments.

The role requires at least six months of leadership experience and strong communication skills, with a focus on safety, attendance, and Guest Service excellence in a fast-paced theatre environment.

Qualifications

• Six months supervisory or commensurate leadership experience.
• One year experience in guest-focused business.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, opening, and closing operational and administrative duties.
• Oversee and complete theatre administrative reports.
• Ensure that associates consistently meet AMC Guest Service standards.
• Ensure proper staffing levels across all areas of the theatre.
• Reinforce guest and operational focus through MBWA (Managing By Walking Around).
• Review financial numbers regularly to drive performance and optimize the guest experience.
