Job summary

AMC Entertainment seeks a Manager to lead theatre operations and people with purpose, driving results through coaching and ownership. You will build a culture where the team grows and guests feel like stars, while ensuring staffing and performance targets are met in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include daily operational duties, staff oversight, financial review, and maintaining AMC Guest Service standards.

Qualifications

• Six months supervisory or commensurate leadership experience.
• One year experience in guest-focused business.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, opening, and closing operational and administrative duties.
• Oversee and complete theatre administrative reports.
• Ensure associates meet AMC Guest Service standards.
• Ensure proper staffing levels across all areas of the theatre.
• Reinforce guest and operational focus through MBWA.
• Review financial numbers regularly to drive performance and guest experience.
• Oversee an assigned theatre department, if applicable.
• Listen, communicate, and work effectively with guests in a high-volume setting.
• Support the General Manager in achieving Food & Beverage-related goals.
• Maintain regular attendance per Management Work Schedule Policy.
