Job summary

Cinépolis USA operates luxury cinema venues and is seeking team members for theater operations. This role focuses on delivering professional guest service, handling concessions, running POS terminals, and maintaining clean, welcoming spaces for guests across box office, concessions, and auditoriums.

You will greet guests, process orders, ensure accurate cash handling, and keep stock and safety standards. Flexibility for holidays and weekends is required in a fast-paced, high-volume theater

Qualifications

• Proficient guest service and administrative follow-up skills.
• Comfortable communication with guests, supervisors, peers.
• Standing, walking, lifting, and bending frequently.
• Ability to handle cash and perform basic math.
• Flexible working hours including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee guest service is professional, helpful, thorough, and timely.
• Concession preparation, cashiering, and maintenance duties.
• Set up and maintain stock levels for box office and concessions.
• Greet guests, assemble food orders, operate point-of-sale terminals, and make accurate changes.
• Maintain cleanliness of all work areas including concessions, box office, lobby, restrooms, hallway, auditoriums, and employee break room.
• Follow a sequence of service policy for each guest transaction.
• Answer questions from guests and resolve any concerns.
• Complete opening, mid, and closing procedures.
• Assist wait staff with distribution of food and bussing of tables and auditoriums.
• Clear and reset seats and trays before and after each film.
• Inform management of guest issues and maintenance requests.
• Ensure security of all box office cash and tickets.
• Enforce ratings to keep underage guests from accessing auditoriums with adult content.
• Remain up to date on movie summaries.
