Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in film studies, business, or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership and people-management experience in a cinema or hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Write and publish showtime schedules and optimize theater space usage.
• Lead ushers and turn teams to maintain high customer service and cleanliness.
• Oversee film presentation, playlists, and technical setup according to specs.
• Inspect facilities and equipment; address maintenance or technical issues promptly.
• Coordinate screenings and events with programming team for smooth execution.
• Monitor box office sales and attendance, analyze data for improvements.
• Enforce safety, security, and company policies to ensure a safe environment.
• Maintain relationships with distributors and industry partners for upcoming releases.
