Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Completion of local/ state food handling requirements where required.
• Safe Alcohol Service training if handling alcohol.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Regular attendance and strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Follows direction of the General Manager and supports decisions.
• Works across departments and coaches team members.
• Trains and coaches staff in job functions.
• Prepares administrative and special reports.
• Inspects theatre building, parking lot, signage and equipment condition.
• Reports repairs and maintains safety and dress code compliance.
• Interacts with guests to deliver superior service.
• Enforces Cinemark policies and handles employee relations appropriately.
• Maintains high work ethic and code of conduct.
• Addresses safety issues and performs other duties as assigned.
