Cinemark in Asheboro, NC is seeking an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations across all departments. You will help enforce policies, train team members, and assist in preparing reports for the General Manager, while ensuring guest service remains top-notch.

This role requires at least 18, a high school diploma or GED, completion of Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program, ability to work flexible hours including evenings and holidays, and strong cash handling and communication

Qualifications

• High School or G.E.D. graduate preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program within Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Follows the direction of the General Manager and supports decisions with staff.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their jobs.
• Interacts with Guests to ensure superior customer service.
• Prepares administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Reports safety, facility, and equipment issues to the General Manager.
• Ensures dress code compliance and maintains high work ethic standards.
