Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations, train staff, and ensure policy adherence. You will work across departments to uphold service standards and assist in administrative tasks under the General Manager’s guidance.

The role requires flexibility, strong communication, and a commitment to safety and guest experience in a fast-paced cinema environment.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or G.E.D. graduate preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses within Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains local or state mandated certification, health card, or food handlers permit where required.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Requires regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Provides excellent Guest service.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Mansioni

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports General Manager’s decisions in communication with staff.
• Responsible for working in all departments and all theatre job functions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Assists in the preparation of administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Observes and participates in theatre building, parking lot, landscaping, and equipment inspections.
• Reports the need for repairs to the General Manager.
• Ensures team members follow the dress code and provide superior customer service.
• Enforces Cinemark policies with fairness and consistency.
• Handles Employee relations issues per escalation protocols.
• Upholds safety standards and proper PPE usage.
