Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations and ensure policy adherence. You will be cross-trained in all departments, training staff and assisting the General Manager to maintain exceptional customer experiences.

Ideal candidates bring strong guest service, interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to train others and handle reports. This role offers pathways to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after completion of the Management

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
• Strong guest service orientation and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Support General Manager’s decisions in communication with staff.
• Train and coach team members in their specific job functions.
• Assist in preparing administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensure theatre policies and procedures are followed.
