Job summary

Regal is seeking a Restaurant/Facilities Operations Supervisor to oversee daily theatre operations, staff training, and guest services while maintaining Regal standards for safety and quality. You will manage scheduling, inventory, and cost controls, and ensure compliance with health department rules and alcohol service requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business and/or equivalent; two years of management or supervisory experience in restaurant or VIP/luxury theatre.
• Experience in high-volume hospitality environments.
• Willingness to perform essential duties and uphold Regal standards.

Responsibilities

• Regular attendance and adherence to all Regal policies.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, training and performance of employees.
• Maintain food and beverage standards, inventory, cost controls, and vendor relations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service requirements.
• Supervise operations, including kitchen and bar maintenance, and equipment handling.
• Direct customer service to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues.
