Job summary

Regal is seeking an experienced theatre supervisor in Yorba Linda, CA, to uphold corporate policies, manage cash handling, inventory, staff development, and compliance with alcohol service when applicable.

The role requires coordinating with Human Resources, overseeing projection and TMS systems, and ensuring daily operations meet Regal standards while delivering excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years post-secondary education in Business and/or two years management or supervisory experience.
• Must complete Regal Responsible Beverage Server training if selling alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Regal policies as outlined in Policy Guide and directives.
• Ensure cash management policies are followed at all times.
• Control inventory shortages and spoilage.
• Hire, train, supervise, schedule, and counsel staff; coordinate with HR.
• Administer paperwork and uphold company policies relating to HR.
• Maintain required alcohol certification and training.
• Oversee staff and theatre systems including projection and TMS operations.
• Monitor and control operating expenses and supplies.
• Supervise maintenance and facilities tasks as needed.
• Ensure facility cleanliness and safety; manage risk and incidents.
• Handle guest relations, marketing and show-time scheduling, and daily receipts.
