Job summary

Regal in Saint Joseph, MO is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily theatre operations and supervise staff. This hourly role requires excellent customer service, safety awareness, cash handling, and adherence to company policies.

You will train, coach and schedule team members, operate projection/AV equipment, monitor risk, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining budgets and compliance with ROM and dress code.

Qualifications

• Minimum three months of supervisory experience in a theatre or retail setting.
• Experience operating projection and audio-visual equipment.
• Strong cash handling and receipts reconciliation skills.
• Ability to read and follow ROM and company policies.
