Job summary

Regal Cinemas is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead the theatre and create exceptional guest experiences. You will drive theatre performance, develop your team, and ensure top-notch guest service.

You will oversee daily operations, staff rotations, training, and compliance while supporting promotions and theatre presentation. Strong leadership and communication are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience: at least 3 months.
• Experience in theatre operations and guest service.
• Must meet legal requirements for alcohol service if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily theatre operations and staff performance.
• Perform all staff positions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and certifications.
• Train, coach and supervise team with GM oversight.
• Maintain high guest satisfaction and support promotions.
• Oversee cash handling, reporting, inventory and cost control.
• Manage theatre facilities, projection and audio-visual systems.
• Market and promote film engagements; schedule show times.
