The role offers development through the Management Accreditation Program and progression toward Senior Assistant Manager or Theatre Manager with demonstrated performance, teamwork, and a strong service mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports GM decisions in staff communication.
• Works in all departments and theatre job functions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members.
• Prepares administrative and special reports.
