Cinemark in Boulder is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee theatre operations, enforce policies, and train team members. You will work across departments, support the General Manager, and contribute to exceptional guest service while following Cinemark guidelines.

This role requires 18+ years, a high school diploma or GED, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program is expected, with opportunities to advance to

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or G.E.D. graduate preferred.
• Completes Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Food handling training and any local/state certification as required.
• Management members handling alcohol must complete Safe Alcohol Service training.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports General Manager’s decisions in communication with the staff.
• Responsible for working in all departments and all theatre job functions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Assists in the preparation of administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Observes and participates in the inspection of the theatre building, parking lot, landscaping, property, roof and exterior signage, and equipment condition.
• Reports the need for building, property, and equipment repairs to General Manager.
• Ensures that theatre Team Members follow the dress code.
• Interacts with Guests for improved service and ensures Team Members provide superior customer service.
• Learns and follows Cinemark’s Guidelines and enforces them fairly and consistently.
• Reports all Employee relations issues to the General Manager.
• All management must follow Employee Relations Reporting Protocol.
• Maintain high work ethic and conduct standards.
