Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or G.E.D. graduate preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program and Comprehensive Assessment.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays (min. 40 hours weekly).
• Adequate cash handling and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in theatre operations and duties of an Assistant Manager.
• Act as Manager on Duty as directed and supervise all theatre departments.
• Train and coach Team Members and prepare admin and inventory reports.
• Ensure safety, guest service excellence, and adherence to Cinemark policies.
