Cinemark Assistant Managers assist in the overall operation of the theatre, ensuring policies are followed and standards are met. They work across departments to support and train employees, with a path to Senior Assistant Manager and beyond after completing the Management Accreditation Program.

They supervise in multiple theatre functions, communicate with staff, and uphold safety, dress code, and guest service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to train and lead others; effective English communication.
• Strong guest service mindset and cash handling skills.

Responsabilités

• Follows the direction of the General Manager and supports staff decisions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in job functions.
• Ensures policy compliance and high customer service standards.
• Inspects theatre areas and reports maintenance needs to General Manager.
• Maintains safety protocols and proper PPE usage.
