Cinemark Assistant Manager position supporting theatre operations and staff training. You will work across departments, report to the General Manager, and progress toward higher roles after completing the Management Accreditation Program.

Role requires flexible hours, strong guest service and leadership abilities, and a focus on safety, policy adherence, and excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or G.E.D. graduate preferred.
• Management Accreditation Program courses required (Management Foundations, Annual Certifications, MAP Core).
• Completes basic food handling training and local/state mandated certifications where required.
• Alcohol service training required for staff handling alcohol.
• Flexible availability—evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong guest service mindset and ability to work in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Interacts with Guests to improve service and ensure superior customer experience.
• Reports repairs and safety concerns to the General Manager.
• Ensures dress code compliance and upholds policies and procedures.
• Identifies and enforces safety, security, and cleanliness standards.
