Job summary

Regal in Nashville, TN is seeking an Assistant Manager for an hourly role focused on running the theatre and supervising staff. You represent Regal and uphold our mission and policies while overseeing day-to-day operations.

You will train and coach team members, operate projection and AV equipment, manage cash handling, and ensure guest satisfaction. This role requires attendance, policy adherence, and commitment to safety and quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff or completing Cast Certification Program.
• Willingness to complete Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.
• Ability to read and write clearly and communicate with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Operate and supervise theatre staff and operations.
• Train, coach, and supervise non-management employees.
• Operate projection and audio-visual equipment and maintain related systems.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and enforce theatre policies.
• Handle cash deposits and reconcile receipts at day end.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and interviews.
• Support maintenance, safety, and risk management procedures.
