Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Six months supervisory or commensurate leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, opening, and closing operational and administrative duties.
• Oversee theatre reports and ensure guest service standards.
• Maintain proper staffing levels across all theatre areas.
• Monitor and drive performance and guest experience through data.
• Lead and develop crew and supervisors to deliver excellence.
• Communicate with guests and team in a fast-paced environment.
• Support GM/SM in achieving food and beverage goals.
• Attend to routine attendance and policy compliance.
