Job summary

Regal Las Vegas is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee theatre operations and staff on an hourly basis. You will supervise employees, ensure policy adherence, and act as a Regal representative aligned with our mission.

Responsibilities include operating projection and AV gear, managing concessions, scheduling, training, and safety/compliance. The role requires a high school diploma, supervisory experience, and ability to handle busy, customer‑facing environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three months supervisory experience or theatre experience with Cast Certification program.
• Ability to lead, coach and supervise staff in a fast-paced theatre environment.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise theatre staff and oversee daily operations.
• Operate projection and audio-visual equipment and manage show times.
• Ensure alcohol service policies and safety procedures are followed.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff; monitor performance and conduct reviews.
