Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Theatre Manager to assist the General Manager in daily operations, training, and reporting. The role covers all theatre functions and requires leadership across departments to ensure excellent guest service.

The candidate should have prior Senior Assistant Manager experience, complete Cinemark’s Accreditation, and maintain flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This is a full-time on-site position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must work as an Assistant Manager for a minimum of 6 months in a theatre environment.
• Senior Assistant Manager experience preferred, with management training completed.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager
• Supports GM decisions in communication with Team Members
• Responsible for working in all departments and all theatre job functions
• Acts as the Manager On Duty in the GM's absence
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific job functions
• Assists in preparation of administrative and special reports for the GM
• Assists GM with inventories and product orders
• Observes and inspects theatre facilities and equipment
• Reports needs for repairs to the GM
• Ensures adherence to Cinemark policies and procedures
• Handles Employee relations issues with GM guidance
• Maintains high work ethic and code of conduct
• Ensures team dress code compliance
• Interacts with Guests to improve service
• Identifies and sanitizes high-contact areas
• Adheres to safety PPE requirements
• Fits cleaning tasks to frequency/scope
• Performs other duties as assigned
