Job summary

Cinemark is seeking a Theatre Manager to support the General Manager in operating the cinema and to perform the duties of a Senior Assistant Manager. The role involves training Team Members, coordinating across departments, and ensuring a high standard of guest service and safety.

This position requires leadership, strong communication, and cash handling skills, with availability for flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Must have at least 6 months experience as an Assistant Manager in a theatre environment.
• Senior Assistant Manager experience preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program and passing the Comprehensive Assessment.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager and supports decisions.
• Acts as Manager On Duty in the GM's absence.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their functions.
• Prepares administrative and special reports for the GM.
• Oversees inventory and product orders; ensures guest service excellence.
