Job summary

eMagine is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily theatre operations and-model excellent guest service. You will open/close the building, manage shift operations end-to-end, and coach team members to uphold company values and policies.

In a fast-paced environment, you will monitor guest satisfaction, handle guest recovery, supervise staff recruitment and training, ensure safety compliance, and collaborate with leadership to drive results while maintaining a premier movie-going experience.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and leadership experience required.
• 1–2 years of theatre experience preferred.
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality, guest-focused service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist with opening and closing the building and nightly closing paperwork.
• Lead and mentor the team as Manager/Mentor on Duty (MOD).
• Monitor labor, cost of sales, and guest satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the movie-going experience.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Assign tasks and follow up to ensure efficient operations.
• Prepare shift deposits and daily floor management tasks.
