Emagine Entertainment Inc. in Parker, CO is seeking a Theater Manager to lead crew operations and ensure a guest-focused, profitable theater experience. You will supervise staff, implement policies, and work with other departments to deliver outstanding service.

The role requires hospitality management training and prior supervisory experience in a theater or restaurant setting. You will open/close, manage costs, ensure safety, and drive customer satisfaction while meeting financial goals.

Qualifications

• A two-year degree in hospitality management is preferred.
• Two to three years of management experience in theater or restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and educate guests about concession items, movies, rating systems, and theater directions so guests feel welcomed, and well informed.
• Manage and oversee employees in crew operations ensuring outstanding customer service.
• Respond to guest comments while educating and empowering other employees to act similarly to maintain guest satisfaction and quality.
• Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of the theater to ensure efficiency and profitability standards.
• Open and close the building, complete nightly paperwork, and prepare/verify shift deposits.
• Monitor employee breaks and minor restrictions per State Law to ensure compliance.
• Oversee core theater areas to contribute to overall operation and success.
• Assist in recruitment, selection, orientation, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Ensure proper security procedures to protect employees, guests and assets.
• Control costs in labor, portions, and stock ordering procedures.
• Prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
• Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements and following budget requirements, aiding in controlling expenditures.
• Estimate food costs and profits and adjust menus accordingly.
• Enforce safety and sanitary practices and maintenance to meet standards and laws.
• Other duties as assigned.
