Job summary

Emagine Entertainment Inc. is seeking a Crew Supervisor to support daily theater operations. This role involves shift management, training, guest issue resolution, deposits, and nightly closing duties. It requires opening/closing the theater and safeguarding building access.

You'll lead Team Members across departments, monitor performance, and assist with HR duties while ensuring food safety and guest satisfaction. The position is full-time and on-site.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and leadership experience required.
• 1-2 years of theater experience preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing theater operations.
• Open/close building, complete nightly paperwork, and prepare shift deposits.
• Supervise, train, and motivate Team Members in all departments.
• Assign tasks and follow up for efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with breaks and state laws.
• Assist with projection duties for high-quality movie presentation.
• Maintain product quality, guest service, safety, and sanitation.
• Support HR duties including interviewing, orientation, reviews, and discipline.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
• Handle guest recovery and address guest concerns.
• Manage concession inventory and stock levels.
• Enforce food safety and safety procedures.
• Assist with Areas of Responsibility (HR, F&B, Marketing, Projection, Facilities).
• Other duties as assigned
