Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our theatre operations. You will assist in overall theatre operations, be cross-trained across departments, and help drive training and performance standards.

The role offers a clear path from Assistant to Senior Assistant Manager and then Theatre/General Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program. You will supervise staff, ensure policy adherence, and contribute to exceptional guest service while supporting daily administrative

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Complete Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Completes basic food handling training and any local/state certifications as required.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must communicate effectively in English and provide excellent Guest service.

Responsibilities

• Follow the direction of the General Manager.
• Support GM decisions in staff communication.
• Work across departments and cover theatre job functions.
• Train and coach Team Members in job duties.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the GM.
• Inspect theatre facilities and report repairs as needed.
• Ensure dress code compliance and superior customer service.
• Enforce Cinemark guidelines and reporting protocols.
• Handle employee relations issues per policy.
• Maintain high work ethic and conduct standards.
• Ensure safety and security; address hazards as needed.
