Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations, train staff, and ensure outstanding guest service. You will work across departments, assist the General Manager, and help maintain safety and cleanliness standards.

Requirements include 18+ years old, a high school diploma or GED, completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Join a team focused on growth and excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Complete Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses (Management Foundations, Annual Certifications, MAP Core).
• Complete basic food handling training and obtain any local/state certifications as required.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong guest service, cash handling, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall theatre operations and enforce Cinemark policies.
• Train and coach Team Members across departments.
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper maintenance of theatre facilities.
• Communicate effectively with staff and management, following escalation procedures.
