Job summary

People's Light in Malvern, PA is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support earned income campaigns and manage media with targeted marketing, advertising, and communications for productions and events.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Sales, and Patron Engagement and supervised by the Senior Marketing Manager, you will coordinate calendars, vendor materials, and community outreach while helping promote all plays and events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Previous internship, volunteer experience, or apprenticeship in regional theatre.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Genuine passion for theatre, live entertainment, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns for productions and special events.
• Maintain and manage the editorial calendar to schedule email, advertorial, and social content, and track deadlines.
• Coordinate distribution of marketing materials and on-site signage inventory.
• Organize promotional events and community outreach activities.
• Attend weekly marketing meetings and provide admin support.
