Job summary

Regal is hiring team members to staff Box Office, Concession, or Usher roles, with shifts ranging from variable hours to full-time hourly positions. Represent Regal with guest service excellence and compliance with dress code and policies.

Qualifications

• Public speaking ability to communicate clearly with guests.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS systems at Box Office and Concession with accurate cash handling.
• Upsell Premium Viewing experiences and promote Regal Crown Club.
• Ensure ticketing complies with MPAA ratings and company policies.
• Assist Ushers and maintain cleanliness in theatres and lobbies.
