Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• If the theatre sells alcohol, complete legally required state/local training and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.
• Possess good public speaking, listen effectively and respond clearly.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system accurately for tickets and concessions.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experience (3D, RPX, IMAX).
• Promote the Regal Crown Club program.
• Ensure tickets are sold in accordance with the MPAA rating system and company policy.
• Respond to guest questions in a courteous, helpful manner.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and maintain theatre cleanliness.
