Cinemark USA, Inc. is hiring a Theatre Team Member for our Frisco, TX location. This part-time role involves greeting guests, handling transactions at the register, verifying tickets, and sharing information about movies and events.

You will also assist with concessions, maintain cleanliness, and support safety procedures. The position requires a friendly, energetic attitude, basic math, strong English communication, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains any local or state mandated certification or health card.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular attendance is required.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Excellent guest service and communication with guests in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely, professional manner.
• Operate Cinemark’s POS system for transactions on the assigned register.
• Verify tickets at podium and direct Guests to an auditorium.
• Provide pricing, movie information, and event details to guests.
• Answer guests' questions with courtesy and accuracy.
• Maintain theater cleanliness and safety throughout the venue.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and stock as needed.
• Handle food prep and operate food warming/popping equipment.
