Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking Team Members to create a welcoming environment for Guests at our Dallas theatres. You will be quick, accurate, and knowledgeable about movies, events, pricing, and promotions, ensuring a heroic guest experience across Usher, Box Office, and Concession duties as needed.

Responsibilities include greeting Guests, operating POS, verifying tickets, and sharing theatre information while maintaining clean, safe facilities and strong guest service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Complete basic food handling training and any local/state certifications if required.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular and dependable attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Provide excellent guest service with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark's POS system for all transactions at the assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie info, special events, and theatre information.
• Responds to phone calls and questions from Guests professionally.
• Keeps theatre property clean and ensures safety and quality in auditoriums.
