Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking Team Members to create a welcoming guest experience across box office, concessions, and usher roles. You will operate the POS system, assist Guests with ticketing and information, and help maintain a safe, clean theatre environment.

Ideal candidates demonstrate friendly customer service, basic math and cash handling skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Completes basic food handling training and maintains any required local/state certification/health card.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Requires regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Provides excellent Guest service.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely, professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions at the assigned register.
• Verifies tickets and directs Guests to their auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie info, and special event details.
• Responds to Guest questions in a professional manner.
• Maintains theatre safety and cleanliness; monitors for safety hazards.
