Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking Team Members to create a welcoming guest experience. You will operate the POS system, verify tickets, and guide guests to theaters while providing accurate information about pricing and events.

Role requires excellent guest service, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and the ability to work in a team or independently. Training on food safety and safety protocols is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must obtain local or state food handlers permit where required.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Provides excellent Guest service.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
• Ability to take and follow directions.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Provides pricing and general theatre information.
• Responds to guest questions in a professional manner.
• Maintains clean, safe theatre environment and monitors safety issues.
• Cleans high-contact areas and ensures food preparation equipment is properly used.
• Assists with opening and closing duties as assigned.
