Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Team Member to create a welcoming guest experience across box office, concessions, and usher roles as needed. You will greet Guests, help with tickets, and share information on showtimes and events.

The role requires a friendly, energetic attitude, reliable attendance, and the ability to handle cash and basic math. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Interpersonal skills to communicate with guests of all ages and backgrounds.
• Maintain a friendly and energetic attitude during shifts.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions on the assigned register.
• Verify tickets and direct Guests to auditoriums.
• Provide pricing, movie information, and information about events and promotions.
• Respond to Guest inquiries in a professional manner.
• Conduct theatre inspections to monitor presentation and safety.
• Keep theatre areas clean and sanitized.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Perform other duties as needed.
