Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Theatre Team Member to provide outstanding guest service, operate the POS system, verify tickets, and help Guests with information about movies and showtimes. You will maintain theater cleanliness and safety while supporting opening and closing duties as needed.

The role requires a friendly, energetic attitude, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and reliable attendance. This is an on-site position at Cinemark theatres.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Able to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile and be professional.
• Operate Cinemark POS system for transactions.
• Verify tickets and guide Guests to seating.
• Provide pricing, movie details, and theatre information.
• Respond to guest questions with quality service.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in all areas.
• Assist with opening/closing duties as needed.
